Mr. Nwaneri has attended Hull College of Higher Education, Hull, England; Southampton Institute, Southampton, England; London Electronics College, Merton Technical College, South Bank Polytechnic London; Elkins Marine / BFT Training Unlimited, Inc., Petaluma, California (USA), and Massachusetts Maritime Academy, Buzzards Bay, Massachusetts (USA). Mr. Nwaneri has also attended several marine electronics telecommunications and computer manufacturers products training courses in Nigeria and overseas. Membership is held in the Institute of Electrical & Electronics Engineers (IEE) England.

The author of 5 books, Mr. Nwaneri is currently the Managing Director, CEO & Marine Radio Surveyor Specialist for Hu-Fy Systems Ltd. Lagos/Owerri. Previous posts have included: Radio Officer Nigerian National Shipping Line Apapa; Senior Computer Engineer Transdata UK Ltd. London; Senior Sales Engineer (Test Instruments) GEC Telecommunications Nig. Ltd. Apapa; Chief Systems Engineer for Morpol Industries Nigeria Ltd. Apapa (Rep. Marconi Marine UK); and Systems/Marketing Manager for GES-Sphericom Ltd., Apapa Lagos (Rep. GES/Rohde & Schwartz, Germany). Some national and multinational organization projects include: INMARSAT "A" System project work with Shell Petroleum Nigeria; Halliburton Geophysical Service; Western Atlas International; Nigerian Navy HQ; Kobe Steel Nigeria Ltd.; Nigerian LNG Ltd.; Smith International, P.H.; and Warri Petrochemical Refinery Nigeria Ltd.

HF & VHF Radiocommunications Network projects include National Maritime Authority, Apapa and Single Buoy Marine Ltd. Mr. Nwaneri has coordinated Security VHF Radiocommunications Network projects for the Nigerian Army; UAC Nig. Plc. Lagos; and Guiness Nig. Plc. Ikeja. For the Ministry of Communication HQ Lagos, Mr. Nwaneri worked with the GES/ Rohde & Schwartz for the establishment of the National radio communications monitoring and location, equipment and stations. For the Imo State Government Owerri, Mr. Nwaneri has been responsible for Imo Airport Telecommunications and Navigational-Aids Equipment & Airport Communications/NAV-Aids, & Equipment Power Stabilization Systems.

Hu-Fy Systems Limited was incorporated in June 1984, in response to the federal government's new industrial policy for the purpose of providing within Nigeria, fast, efficient and state-of-art electronics/telecoms/computer services. This involves the training, maintenance, repair and recalibration of all types of electronics, telecommunications, electro-mechanical and computer equipment, as well as instruments, analysers and precision measuring devices used for marine and aeronautical services, oil and mineral exploration and related laboratory services, for private, government and military establishments.

TECHNICAL SUPPORT TRAINING

a) TECHNICAL SUPPORT:
HU-FY Systems maintains good technical support services. Technical support is also maintained by the company's overseas technical associates.

b) TRAINING:
HU-FY Systems also assists clients in developing their own power for routine maintenance of equipment by providing or organizing local and/or overseas training for engineers/technicians.

c) MARINE/AERONAUTICAL ELECTRONICS DIVISION:
This division carries out radio/electronics, radar and other navigational-aids surveys, consultancy, supplies, installation, training, maintenance and calibration on ships, aircraft, harbours, airports, light-houses, buoys, radio and radar beacon stations, including coast stations, coast-guard stations and marine/aeronautical search and rescue centres.
